Lazy Weekend

This weekend has flown by but been a lot of fun! My parents came into visit on Thursday and have kept us all busy. We took a trip to Cabela's on Friday to finish buying my gear for Alaska and I think dad actually enjoyed telling me what to buy and the fact I was spending my own money and not his. Saturday we had a great time at the kids basketball games, then Joe threw out the idea of having mexican for dinner. So mom and I ran out to the store to buy the neccessities. We created an amazind enchilada dinner with soapapillas and refried beans. It was better than eating out!!! Today, we are all chilling out watching Maddy play Wii and had another awesome meal at breakfast. It was such a gorgeous day yesterday that we kicked the kids outside to play and blow off some stink.

Right now I am looking forward to my two trips coming up to Alaska and Mexico! The countdown has officially begun.

First Time Ever

So the Drimmel Family is going to finally join the millions of others who have blogs. It is so crazy to think we are going to do this, but in some ways a great way to share what is happening in our lives out here in StL!!! So for this 1st post I will just throw up some pics to get it started and see how this evolves!
